The time is another matter: it is known in very few cases, and without it a chart has no houses and no Ascendant — so no undocumented birth time is published here. For the same reason, when someone’s Moon sits close enough to a sign boundary that the twelve unknown hours could move it, the card reads «Moon ≈ Pisces» rather than stating it.
