This text is a working draft written from how the application actually behaves. Before publishing it, someone with legal judgement should review it and fill in the data controller details.

The service

Astromicelio is a study tool: it calculates astrological charts and lets you annotate, organise and share them. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and its output must not be treated as such.

Your account

You need an account to use the application. You are responsible for activity under it, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including data about other people.

Your content

The content you create is yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to store it and show it to you and to whoever you choose. You can delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, or other people's personal data without grounds to process it.
Do not attempt to reach other accounts' data or bypass access controls.
Reasonable usage limits apply (image size and count per day) to keep the service running.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". We aim to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or against data loss. Keep a copy of anything important — the PDF reports exist for that.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
