Who Buster Keaton was
He went on stage with his parents from the age of three in an act where they threw him at the scenery. The physical resilience and the unmoving face came from there.
He did his own stunts without tricks: the house front that falls on him in "Steamboat Bill, Jr." passed within inches. "The General" is considered one of the greatest silent films. He lost control of his work on signing with MGM and took decades to recover his reputation.
