Who Carl Sagan was
He worked on the Mariner, Viking and Voyager missions, and it was he who insisted Voyager 1 turn its camera to photograph Earth from six billion kilometres away: the "pale blue dot".
"Cosmos" (1980) was watched by five hundred million people and remains the benchmark for science communication. He was also a careful critic of astrology, which is worth knowing when reading his chart here: this catalogue asks for no agreement, it only offers the data.
No documented birth time exists for this person. Without a time there are no houses, no Ascendant, no Midheaven, and the wheel is not oriented: what you see are the positions by sign, which are correct, and nothing else. An incomplete chart beats an invented Ascendant.
