Who Grace Hopper was
She enlisted in the Navy in 1943, at thirty-seven, and ended up programming the Harvard Mark I. She popularised the term "bug" after a moth was found inside a relay.
She argued that a program should be writable in something close to English when nobody believed her, and out of that idea came the first compiler and, later, COBOL. She retired from the Navy as a rear admiral at seventy-nine.
No documented birth time exists for this person. Without a time there are no houses, no Ascendant, no Midheaven, and the wheel is not oriented: what you see are the positions by sign, which are correct, and nothing else. An incomplete chart beats an invented Ascendant.
