Who Galileo Galilei was
He pointed a telescope at the sky in 1609 and saw mountains on the Moon, the phases of Venus and four moons orbiting Jupiter. Each of those observations was incompatible with Ptolemy's universe.
The Inquisition condemned him in 1633 for defending heliocentrism, and he spent his last nine years under house arrest. He practised and taught astrology, as every astronomer of his time did: the separation between the two disciplines came after him.
No documented birth time exists for this person. Without a time there are no houses, no Ascendant, no Midheaven, and the wheel is not oriented: what you see are the positions by sign, which are correct, and nothing else. An incomplete chart beats an invented Ascendant.
